In addition, I have also worked with clients who have been in other traumatic situations particularly those who have witnessed violent acts or crimes or who have been subjected to a violent act/crime, survivors of physical, domestic and sexual abuse.
It has also been my privilege to help both serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, particularly those who have served in conflict zones around the world and on the front line of law enforcement, fire fighting and ambulance personnel.
I am particularly interested in helping clients to recover from depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia without prolonged use of prescribed medication and I hold an accredited qualification in psychopharmacology, which informs clients about how natural supplements can often be used to bring about improved psychological well being without side effects.
